Onsite Testing

To get started, register for testing

Enter your school’s name in the search bar to find your school’s unique registration link.
You only need to register for testing once.

For staff

Please register for testing before your first testing day. When you’re asked to enter your Organization ID, use your 6 or 9 digit CPS Employee ID.

We’ll send your results to the mobile phone number and email you provide when registering.

For students
18 years or older

Students 18 years old or older can register and consent for testing themselves. When you’re asked to enter your Organization ID, use your 8 digit CPS Student ID.

We’ll send your results to the mobile phone number and email you provide when registering.

For students
under 18

Parents or guardians must register on behalf of a student under 18 years old. When you’re asked to enter an Organization ID, use your child’s 8 digit CPS Student ID.

We’ll send their results to the mobile phone number and email you provide when registering.

Testing schedule

Browse upcoming testing dates and locations. Once you’ve registered, you can get tested the next time testing is offered at your school. Your school’s testing day will usually be on the same day each week. If there is a holiday or unforeseen event, this may change. If you are a citywide employee and registered with the Citywide Employee registration link, you can get tested at any location.
