I have read and agree to the Color Ideas Informed Consent. I specifically acknowledge and consent to the following:

I am a full time employee of Color. (Contractors, consultants, and part time employees of Color are not eligible to participate in Color Ideas.)
Any testing performed as part of Color Ideas is experimental, and is not intended to provide any clinical, medical, diagnostic, prophylactic, or otherwise actionable data or results. I specifically acknowledge and agree that the data and results generated or used in Color Ideas may under no circumstances be used in my medical care, and that I should not make any medical decisions based on any such data or results.
If a commercial product or service is developed from Color Ideas, the commercial product will be owned by Color or its designee. I understand and agree that I will not be paid or compensated for my participation in Color Ideas, or for any products or services arising out of or relating to a Color Ideas project.
