Participant Support

To cancel or reschedule appointments, patients can follow the link in the appointment confirmation email/text they received when first signing up for an appointment. If they have questions about how to schedule an appointment, please contact Color at 844-352-6567 or vaccine@color.com.

 

If a patient has questions about the vaccine itself or what to expect at their vaccination appointment, they should contact the site operators.


Color Software

If you need to add or remove access to Color’s digital onsite software for your site, please contact your Site Manager to submit a request.

Sign in to Color or create an account at home.color.com/covid-admin. We’ll send you an email to confirm your email address once you’ve created your account. After confirming, your account is ready for use. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” and check your email for further instructions.

 

If you’ve attempted to create an account at home.color.com/create-account and your email is not accepted, contact your organization lead, who can request admin access on your behalf via the form at the bottom of this page. Please note that Color will work with organization leads to provision access for new site administrators.

You can check your connection strength using www.fast.com. If your connection is strong but still not working on your tablet device, you can force quit the app by double tapping the home button and swiping the app window up. You may need to sign back into the app.

To add additional vaccine categories between now and 10/11, please contact Color’s site support team. They  can be directly reached at 844-531-0545 or by email at vaxsites@color.com. This team is staffed 7 days a week, from 7am to 7pm ET Mon – Fri and from 8:30am to 7pm ET on Sat – Sun to support your team.

To add additional vaccine sites, you can use the “Create New Site” tool (https://docs.color.com/docs/create-new-site) to duplicate an existing site (note: this feature is only accessible to those who have Site Manager permissions).
