COVID-19 Modeling Tools
In collaboration with experts from the University of Washington, we developed tools to explore the impact that different types of mitigation strategies can have on outbreaks in primary schools, universities, and workplaces.

In Primary and Secondary Schools
These models can be used to simulate infection dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 in K-12 Schools. The purpose of these models is to provide scenario-simulating tools that can aid policymakers and administrators in their decisions around school safety strategies.

University Campuses and Workplaces
These models can be used to simulate infection dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 in community settings, such as university campuses and workplaces. The purpose of these models is to examine how viral testing, vaccines and boosters, and non-pharmaceutical interventions interact to reduce transmission in workplace, university and other group settings.
