Harness the power of clinical genetic testing to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Personalized risk

Health is personal. Employee health benefits should be, too.

Color provides a simple solution for employees to learn about their personal health risks and create an action plan with their doctor to stay healthy. We offer genetic testing as a foundation to help identify overall health risks within your company and connect employees to the support that is right for them.

Here’s how it works:

Sign up for the Color program

Order and complete testing from home

Employee Education
& Engagement

Our web platform provides custom program-specific landing pages to make Color accessible to all of your employees to help educate them on the benefits of the program. We then tailor engagement to the needs of your workforce; by driving program awareness, providing education, consenting interested participants, delivering test results, scheduling counseling sessions, and providing ongoing access to health resources and information.

Genetic Testing & Counseling

Color offers one of the most accessible, clinical-grade genetic testing services available today, analyzing genes associated with risk for common cancers and heart conditions — and how the body might process certain medications. As part of every Color program, genetic counseling consultations are free to all participants on an ongoing basis. Our team of licensed genetic counselors provide a personalized experience – we answer questions, provide education, and offer support to employees and their families. We can also consult directly with your employees’ physicians and care teams to help ensure that actionable results are used in downstream care. Color’s laboratory is CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified.

Personalized Care Activation

Color uses a more complete view of employee health risk, incorporating an individual’s genetics, personal, and family health history, and lifestyle and behavior information to surface and educate on specific care or point solutions that employees can take advantage of based on their personal risks.

Advanced Risk Stratification to Manage High-Cost Events

An employer can review anonymized, aggregated results that surface the overall risk areas and needs of its workforce. This helps organizations understand the risk of high-cost events and inform organizational healthcare decisions.

Turn Data into Meaningful Insights
