How it Works
01Order your kit
Select the test types and quantities you prefer. We suggest ordering your test kit at least 10 days before you need your results.
02Collect your sample
For rapid tests, follow the kit instructions to collect your sample and get results within 15 minutes.
For lab-based tests, activate your test using the Activation Card, then collect your sample using the kit instructions.
03Return your lab-based sample
Using a lab-based test onsite? Return your sample to a dedicated dropbox.
Using a lab-based test at home? Package your sample with our provided packaging and drop it at Fedex on the same day you activate and collect it. Be sure to test on a weekday – they do not accept samples on Saturday or Sunday. Find your nearest FedEx and hours at color.com/fedex-dropbox.
04Receive your results
You’ll receive your rapid antigen and PCR tests within 15 minutes, or lab results within 48 hours via text and email. We’ll also give you a secure phone call if you have a positive result.
Commonly Asked Questions
Your kit will be delivered by FedEx within seven days – we’ll send you a tracking number and expected delivery date. Tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours. The kit includes everything that you need to collect your sample (and ship to the lab, if you choose molecular testing).
We highly recommend that you ship the samples out the day they are collected. They must be processed in a lab no more than 56 hours after collection, or else they will expire. Be sure to check your local FedEx express shipping cut off at color.com/fedex-dropbox.
