Your kit will be delivered by FedEx within seven days – we’ll send you a tracking number and expected delivery date. Tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours. Kits include everything employees need to collect their sample and receive rapid results. For molecular testing, your shipment will include instructions on packing and shipping samples to the lab.

You are not required to monitor the test process – our test kits have received FDA EUAs for self-testing.
Ensure test kits and activation cards are available for pick up and at the end of the day, close the return shipping box, seal it and arrange for the tests to be shipped via FedEx, UPS or courier. You will not have to directly handle samples.
We highly recommend that you ship the samples out the day they are collected. They must be processed in a lab no more than 56 hours after collection. If any sample does not get picked up by a shipping partner, it must be dropped off at a drop box the same day or else the samples will expire.
If you need testing on the weekend, order a rapid antigen or a rapid PCR test as FedEx cannot ship lab samples over the weekend.
Employees will receive test results via text message and email to the contact information you provide within 48 hours. If an employee has a positive test result, they will also receive a secure telephone call.
